Despite the news about Lucy and Megan, I still had reason to be happy. Tonight I was going to take Jan out for dinner. It was a real date and I wanted to impress her, so I got reservations at the newest and most popular restaurant in the Bay Area. It was a Saturday, so I wouldn't get to see Jan at work.
