    a minute or two, I heard a few knocks in the door and quickly closed the shower, I said I was in the shower and asked for a minute. I got off and grabbed a towel to wrap it around my waist, I heard Silvia saying she would come back later; I dried myself a bit and ran to the door. She was on her way down to the first floor and had left a small card next to my door along with a tin of biscuits, I called her and asked if she wanted to speak to me, she came back and when she saw me with a towel she apologised for interrupting (I could see her blushing a little), I thanked her for the present and she told me she wanted to have a conversation with me, ^ my brain was telling me to drop the towel and pretend it was an accident, but I was too nervous to do it and all I could come up with, was a lame: - give me a few minutes to finish my shower and I will go downstairs. I said it with a bit of regret but I went inside my room leaving the door half opened (there is a small room next too mine but no one uses it as it is full of empty suitcases and storage boxes), I dropped the towel and got into the shower leaving the bathroom door fully opened. I showered for at least 10 minutes hoping that she would dare to look, there is a long mirror placed opposite the entrance door and with the bathroom door fully opened you can see the shower cabin as it goes from almost the floor to about 6 feet. If she did look that day I am not sure as I didn’t see her, but it sure incited her to do it later. ...
    After my shower I went downstairs and faced that long feared conversation, but to my surprise it all went really well. She told me she felt really bad that I had noticed she was being distant and apologised for not talking about it earlier. She confessed that she was pleased to hear that I had complemented her and told me she found me attractive but made it very clear I was too young for her. I was confused with her words and could not understand her behaviour, but decided to stay quiet. She asked me if I felt uncomfortable around her and I assured her I was very happy in her house and that I thought we had a nice friendship. She seemed relieved and asked if I wanted to go out for dinner that night, she wanted to invite me to a nice restaurant in central London; I obviously agreed. We went to a Belgian place to eat the traditional mussels and had couple of beers, we had a nice chat about my experience in London and how things were going with friends and a job I had working at the Chelsea stadium during games. I didn’t want to mention that I had been going out with a Korean girl, which went to the house a few times (never stayed overnight thought * one of the house rules). On our way home we noticed how our clothes had a strong food and smoke smell from the restaurant and I made it obvious I wanted to shower, she said she would go to bed… - this is were my relationship with Silvia really changed-. I did exactly the same I had done that morning but left both doors completely ...
