    Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Dawn's Christmasing "Hey guys," Buffy said as she greeted her friends at the door. "How long has it been?" "Too long," stated Willow as she and her lover, Kennedy, hugged the Slayer in passing entering the Summers' residence. Dawn heard the commotion and pushed open the kitchen door with her hips as she carried a large tray of various holiday treats into the dining area. Upon setting down the tray, she recognized a much too familiar voice coming from the foyer. She hurriedly walked to the foyer to verify her suspicion. "Will, it is you!" Dawn commented with excitement in her voice as she ran up to hug her friend. I thought I was hearing things." She said, pulling away from the hug, spotting Kennedy for the first time. "Oh my, Dawn, you've grown so much the last few months." Willow hugged the teenager, kissed her on the cheek, and then pushed her back so she could get a close look at the girl. "You're even prettier and taller than last I saw you. Buffy, what have you been feeding this girl?" Willow asked, having not taken her eyes off the Slayer's little s*ster. "And what am I, chopped liver?" Kennedy question as she fought around her girlfriend to get to Dawn. "She's right Dawn, you have definitely grown up... and out I see. Come here." Dawn leaned in for a rare welcome hug from Kennedy; their embrace lasting longer than a normal hug. Willow cast a smile at the two brunettes locked in each other's embrace.     separated. Buffy then led the couple into the sitting lounge area her and Dawn had put together. The room only cons*sted of a long glass coffee table surrounded by eight very large cushion-like seats, pictures of friends and f*mily, past and present, lined the walls, adding the only decoration to the room. "Love the room, Buffy. Where did you possibly come up with the idea?" Willow asked walking around the room enjoying the pictures before sitting down beside Dawn and Kennedy. "You're asking the wrong person. This baby was all Dawn's doing. The idea, the simple décor, it was all her idea." Willow turned and looked at the tall, leggy brunette, "Well Dawn?" "I just remember all the meetings that used to be held at Giles', the Magic Box... well everywhere. You all just sat around talking and strategizing while sitting wherever you could. So I figured why not a comfortable sitting lounge, with a meeting area type of feel. And pictures just seemed to bring the room alive and give it meaning and some purpose. It doesn't match any of the other rooms in the house. It was made to stand alone... to stand out... like the Scooby gang once did.
