stirring the most impure thoughts. Yet, when my eyes snapped open at the first tentative light of dawn, I felt incredibly energized. That fluttering of wings had never really stopped, and sitting still was not an option. A quick jump into the bathroom and a hasty breakfast later, wrapped in my warmest winter coat, I was wandering the old town part of Füssen with its crooked alleys, archways and little turrets everywhere. Freshly fallen snow had laid a soft coat over everything around me, sparkling prettily in the light and dampening all the sounds. I crossed a small, arched bridge across a frozen brook. Katie was probably already on her way to see the castle, and I could imagine how her eyes would sparkle with excitement at the sight. I went through ten different hairstyles until I settled on a loose but tricky bun that left a bunch of naughty strands roam free. I stepped into the bar with five minutes to spare, unable to wait any second longer. She wasn’t there yet, so I waited near the entrance. When she entered, I almost thought my heart would burst. She was so pretty in that cream-colored blouse which hugged her form and brought out all the chocolaty beauty of her eyes! The black tights and skirt drew my glance towards her toned and slender legs and for a moment, I could see my fingers run along their perfect shape. My eyes guiltily snapped back towards her face. The smile she sent me was so bright it lit ...
