1. Karen hiked naked in the desert

    This is a true story. It took place on Wednesday, February nineteenth of two thousand and three. Karen was 49 at the time. While on a trip to Las Vegas, Karen and I decided to rent a Harley like the one we owned at home. We called the local Harley dealer and secured a new two thousand and three Harley ultra-classic. We took a cab to the dealer and picked up a bike for a two day rental. On the first day we did the usual suggested rides to the dam and the Painted Desert. We stopped along the highway at a small spot that had a large grove of trees next to the railroad tracks to cool off. This was probably a place where kids went to party. There was a fire pit and logs circling it. Karen had once told me that I should never dare her to do anything I did not really want her to do because she would take the dare. I decided I wanted to see if she really would. I told Karen that I wanted her to get naked and hike in the desert along the railroad tracks with me. She reminded me that the tracks ran alongside the highway, though not well traveled, she could be seen by anyone driving down the road. I told her that was the idea and dared her to do it. She did not say a word, but started to take her clothes off. When she had stripped down to just her boots, she stood there totally naked.     and discussed what our likes and dislikes were. We had never found time to do this. We learned a lot more about each other that day. The subject then switched to our fantasies. I was leery about telling her my real fantasies for fear she would be insulted. She assured me that she would not be offended. I started by telling Karen that I had dreams of leaving her naked, and vulnerable, on a street corner, in a park on a night lit only by the moon for at least fifteen minutes, maybe more. I would then park the car outside the park and walk in to find her. The perfect place to leave her was the park near where she was raised. She agreed that that would be a great place if she were to do it. The picnic area backed up to some apartments and a convenience store that were both closed the last time we passed them. Karen then asked me what her options would be if there were men at the picnic area. I told her that her first option was to walk by them and stand at the bus stop in front of the convenient store, until I picked her up. Second option was for her to walk down the road about one half mile and stand at the park entrance. Third option, and the one I dreamt of, was that she walk up and join the men”. Karen told me that if she was to do it for me, the first two options were unacceptable. She was not about to stand naked at a well-lit bus stop at midnight.
